Sponsored listings
To advertise a hospital, clinic, dental clinic, Korean medicine clinic, pharmacy or animal hospital on MediInsight Ranking, email the facility name, the region and specialty you want, and the period. The ad appears with a Sponsored badge at the top of that region and specialty list, and does not change the ranking scores or order calculated from public data.
How it works
- Placement
- Shown at the top of the chosen region (province, city or district) and specialty list, above the ranked results.
- Labeling
- A 'Sponsored' badge clearly marks it as a paid placement.
- Separate from rankings
- It does not affect ranking scores or order.
Steps
- Email the facility name, region, specialty, desired period and a contact person.
- We reply with the available spots, periods and price.
- Once confirmed, the facility appears at the top of the chosen list with a Sponsored badge.
- If facility details such as hours or phone number are wrong, you can ask for a correction in the same email.

- How do I advertise my hospital on MediInsight Ranking?
- Email busanhackerhouse@gmail.com with the facility name, region, specialty, desired period and contact details, and we will reply with the available spots and price. You can also send a pre-filled inquiry from the 'For facility staff' section at the bottom of each facility page.
- Which facilities can advertise?
- Any hospital, clinic, dental clinic, Korean medicine clinic, pharmacy, public health center or animal hospital registered in the public data of HIRA, the National Medical Center or the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. If the facility has a page on this site, no separate registration is needed.
- Does advertising improve my ranking?
- No. The Sponsored spot is shown separately above the ranked list, and the ranking scores and order calculated from public indicators such as specialists, years in operation and opening hours do not change.
- Where does the ad appear?
- At the top of the chosen province or district and specialty list pages, with a 'Sponsored' badge.
- Our facility details are wrong. How can we fix them?
- Use the 'Request a correction' button at the bottom of the facility page, or email busanhackerhouse@gmail.com with the facility name, page address and the correct details. The source data comes from public agencies such as HIRA, so updating it there too keeps it accurate in the next refresh.
- How is advertising revenue used?
- It covers running costs such as servers, maps, the domain and data updates, and 10% of each year’s total revenue is donated at the end of the year.
